Kristin Fisher will join CNN in 2021. The reporter will serve as the Space and Defense Correspondent. She is a reporter covering everything including NASA and the Space Force and commercial space businesses to the rise of Space Tourism. Kristin is the daughter of NASA astronauts as well as an enthusiastic space lover has spent her entire childhood within the space industry. She served for five years as the White House correspondent for FOX News covering space policy under the Trump and Biden Administrations. In her tenure, she reported on the presidential 2020 campaign, the impeachment trial as well as two initiatives to end the corona virus pandemic, as well as two different administrations' initiatives. Kristin travelled extensively, both with the president and vice-president. She was even on a secret trip to Afghanistan alongside Donald Trump. Before being hired by the channel in 2015, Kristin spent nearly a decade working her way up in local TV news stations which included Grand Junction, Colorado; Little Rock, Arkansas; and Washington, D.C. where she won the Emmy Award as a one-man-band reporter for the city's CBS affiliate.
